The Church’s vision for formation is Christocentric in nature. She forms disciples to know, love, and imitate Jesus Christ. Disciples who know and love Jesus receive human, spiritual, intellectual, and pastoral formation in order to imitate Him. The ultimate goal of this holistic formation is to guide individuals toward a deeper encounter with the Triune God and with His grace toward ongoing conversion to Christ. At its core, the Christian faith is about a sincere commitment to Jesus Christ, following His example, and allowing His infinite love to transform our lives.
Our team is committed to bringing the Church’s vision for formation to life through initiatives that foster human, spiritual, intellectual, and spiritual growth. We are developing sacramental preparation frameworks as resources to assist parishes with guiding individuals on their spiritual journey. We work closely with catechetical leaders and parishes, offering one-on-one support and guidance in the field. Through ongoing training and enrichment, we empower leaders to teach effectively. In line with our commitment to safeguarding human dignity, we help parishes implement safe environment protocols and utilize the Circle of Grace program to foster healthy relationships. Each year, we host the women's conference to offer spiritual renewal and community for women of all ages. We have other formational opportunities, such as the Certificate in Catholic Theology, that form leaders and other Catholics to hand on the Faith. These efforts help create a transformative culture of faith and formation rooted in Christ’s love.
