Julie serves as the Consultant for Marriage and Family Life in the Diocese of Providence. Prior to this position she was a catechetical leader at St. Paul Church in Cranston for 15 years, where she led faith formation programming for both children and adults with a special focus on discipleship and evangelization.
Julie is deeply committed to learning and growing in her own faith and sharing this love with others. She will do whatever it takes to help parishes build a warm, welcoming, joyful parish culture where anyone can experience the love of Christ and be transformed. She wholeheartedly believes that strong, vibrant Catholic parishes are essential for all of us, but especially for parents trying to raise their children in the faith.
Grateful to have grown up in a faithful Catholic family in the suburbs of Detroit, Julie is the oldest of five children. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from the University of Delaware where she met her husband, Steve. Their 26+ years of marriage have been a blessed adventure. After living in both Florida and Arizona, they settled in Rhode Island where they raised three children in their happy home. The Bradleys are active members of St. Paul Parish.
Julie was a 2015 recipient of the Diocese of Providence Lumen Gentium Award for Catholic Education and a 2019 recipient of the Companions on the Journey National Youth Ministry Award.
