Bill is a graduate of Providence College, where he earned a B.A. in English Literature and fell in love with the work and values of the Dominican Order. He holds an M. Ed. from Boston College in Secondary English Education and an M.Ed. from Endicott College in Organizational Management. He is certified as a teacher, principal, special education administrator, and superintendent.
He is thrilled to be back in Rhode Island working closely with the staff and students throughout the diocese.
After graduating from PC he spent several years working as an educational researcher where he conducted nation-wide site visits, workshops, and conferences while focusing primarily on urban school districts.
He taught high school English for eight years before spending 12 years as a school administrator in three different suburban schools, including a National Blue Ribbon High School. Most recently, Bill served as the principal of a 7-12 public school in Massachusetts.
Bill and his wife Katie live in Massachusetts where they raise their five children.
